The ultimate in our Private accommodation is our 5 Star Newly Refurbished 1 Bedroom Detached Lodge in its own Private 1/4 acre garden.
Here you have all the comforts of home including a full kitchen diner, bathroom with bath and power shower over, full lounge to relax during your cosy nights in with open fire plus a large bedroom with super king bed and a full yes full dressing room giving you space to relax and get ready for that special night out.
Also our Lodge comes with its own 1/4 acre private garden and patio , also full fibre optic Wi-Fi and plent6 of room to park.
Then each morning if taken on a bed & breakfast basis you just take a short 1 minute walk up our tree lined drive to our home Chatton Park House and this is where you can enjoy Paul's world famous delicious breakfast what's not to like!!!

Check in On day of arrival check in is between 4pm and 6pm. Any time after 6pm must be pre arranged. To do this please ring on 01668 215507 or e-mail enquiries@chattonpark.com.
Depratures Check out on day of departure is 10am.
Booking terms On line or telephone bookings must be secured by using an acceptable valid credit/debit card. A 50% deposit is will be taken on booking which is non-refundable and any balance will be automatically taken with in 14 days of arrival. Group or wedding bookings, the full balance is due 12 weeks before your stay. All bookings are subject to management approval and can be cancelled at any time. We accept most credit /debit cards. We do not accept cheques or American express.
Adult only We are adult only (18yrs plus) Any one arriving with children will be refused admittance. However the full amount of money for your stay will be taken.
Pets We do not accept dogs or pets of any type not even in the back of cars as this causes disturbance to other guests who come to Chatton Park because we have a no pet policy. If you turn up at Chatton Park with a pet you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. So please be respectful and stick to our terms and conditions.
No smoking For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are exclusively a non-smoking establishment.
Damage We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused to property or structure of Chatton Park House and Lodge. Also anything removed or taken. We will make a charge to the guests credit/debit card or send an invoice for the cost for payment to the guests registered address.
Liability The liability for guests for their account is not waved and guests agree to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest (a group booking) the lead guest providing credit/debit card details is personally liable for any person, group, company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges.
Insurance We strongly advise that travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.
All bookings pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, and the full balance is taken 14 days before arrival.
1 night stays 100% non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel 14 days or more before your stay you will only incur a 50% charge, this is your initial deposit. If you cancel 14 days or less before your stay 100% of the booking will be charged.
If you leave for any reason during your stay the full balance of your original booking will be payable.
All bookings are subject to management approval and can be cancelled at any time.
We are a small establishment with only 5 rooms and unlike the large hotels we cannot absorb cancellation costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation due to Covid 19
if you have to cancel due to Covid 19, this now falls within our normal cancellation policy. Please read the above policy. So please make sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover any lose you may incur. We advise this for all our guests who stay with us for any reason you cancel.

*Main staircase has 14 steps 16 cm high leading to landing. Hand rail on the right. 6 more steps leading to first floor and three bedrooms. Hand rail on the right.
*The stairs are lit continuously.

*Full choice menu available. Dishes rang from traditional cooked breakfast to fish dishes, vegetarian and special diets are catered for.
please take note that we are a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel thus there is no service between 11am until 4pm.

*Deposits are required on advanced booking and the balance is paid eight weeks before your stay. Cash and most credit/debit cards are taken.
Arrival and car parking facilities
*Property is located 30 meters from the main road through stone gateposts. Tarmaced drive. The lodge is first on your left through stone gateposts onto a graveled drive, parking for 4 cars.
*Graveled drive leading to 4 steps. Graveled walk way to front door. 1 step up to front door. Thresh on door.
*The centre of the village with shop/post office and pub is three quarters of a mile from Chatton Park Lodge.
*Over door lighting, lighting on house is controlled by switch in the lodge by front door. Torches are provided in two bedrooms and kitchen for additional lighting.
*You will come to the main house and given your key and then taken to the lodge and given a tour of the Lodge.
