All our prices include bedding and towels and are based on 2 people sharing.

Deposit and Payment
 We require a 50% Deposit payable on booking  Full balance due 8 weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking for Chatton Park Lodge more than eight weeks before your stay your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel your booking less than eight weeks before your stay all monies paid are non refundable.Please insure you have adequate holiday ins in place. If we relet your booked period a refund will be due.

Restrictions
We regret that we cannot allow any pets or children Please be advised that Chatton Park Lodge is a non-smoking establishment.As we have a very high standard of cleanliness if our lodge needs extra cleaning up and above the normal clean a charge of £30 will be taken from your credit card so please be courteous to the following guests thank you
