If you are planning a romantic break or a break for a special occasion we will help to make this special by providing champagne, flowers, chocolates or anything else you require just inform us of your requirements a minimum of 72 hours before and everything will be done for your arrival.
Also we offer a pick up and drop off service from local train stations and airport.

Cancellation Policy
when you make your booking and we have recieved the required deposit/taken a debit or credit card number to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us that is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. You may still remain liable to pay in full or in part for the booking, even if you are unable to take your holiday. Even where you have not paid in full at the time of cancellation, you will remain liable for the full cost.

If for some reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let your room and minimise your loss. you should take out cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.

If you have to leave for any reason during your stay the full balance of your original booking will be payable. Please insure you have adequate travel insurance in place


Restrictions
Adults only.  Please be advised that Chatton Park House is a non-smoking establishment. Also we do not accept any pets in the house or grounds or the back of cars .

Check in/out times
on the day of arrival 2pm or 5pm are our preferred check in times please call the day before to confirm. If these times are not convenient please call with your estimated time of arrival.
On day of departure check out time is 10am.
